Rispetto delle leggi e dei regolamenti
L’I.I.S. “Ferraris-Fermi” aderisce agli standard più elevati nel condurre la propria attività, in particolare nel rispetto dei diritti dell’uomo, dei diritti sociali e ambientali.
Nell’ambito delle sue attività formative, ciascuno studente dell’I.I.S. “Ferraris-Fermi” deve in ogni circostanza dare prova d’integrità e conformarsi alle leggi e ai regolamenti applicabili facendo riferimento sia al regolamento d’Istituto che alla più ampia legge dello stato.
Con l’atto di iscrizione all’I.I.S. “Ferraris-Fermi” si assume l’impegno di osservare e far osservare quanto stabilito dal Patto di corresponsabilità, dal POFT (Piano Offerta Formativa Triennale) e dal Regolamento interno (Regolamento degli studenti e Regolamento di disciplina).
In assenza di specifica regolamentazione normativa si deve fare riferimento ai principi di responsabilità personale e ai principi etici generali.
Respect of the laws and rules
The S.I.I. " Ferraris Fermi " adheres to the highest standards in conducting its business, particularly in respect of human rights, social and environmental rights.
As part of its educational activities, each student of the S.I.I. " Ferraris Fermi " must at all times demonstrate integrity and comply with the laws and regulations referring to both the regulation of the Institute that the wider state law.
With the enrolment at the S.I.I. " Ferraris Fermi " will undertake to observe and enforce the provisions of the co-responsibility pact, the PTOF (Temporary Plan Training Offer) and the Rules.
In the absence of specific legislation the rules should refer to the principles of personal responsibility and general ethical principles.
